What You Will Be Doing
As a Systems Engineer, you will be:

Part of the Production Support Team and be available to contribute to support ROTA (on-call)

Collaborating with colleagues within the team, cross-functional teams, vendors, and infrastructure to resolve/escalate incidents/problems

Developing automation scripts for process and service improvements
The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table

Years of experience: 4-6 years
-
Domain Knowledge: Insurance or Products CDL
-
Hands-On Experience in Cloud Technology: AWS
-
Hands-On Experience in Database Technology: Oracle Pl/SQL
-
Experience in Web Server: Apache/Tomcat weblogic, IIS
-
OS: Linux & windows
-
Experience in Incident, Change and Problem Management (ITIL) Process
-
Awareness on SRE & DEVOPS principles
-
Understanding of System Networking such as firewall, switches, DNS
-
Very good communication and writing skills with strong analytical/problem solving skills
