
What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Prospecting s Cold Calling (Primary Focus):

Conduct daily cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads.

Build and maintain a high-quality outbound pipeline through consistent prospecting.

Use structured qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, CHAMP) to evaluate fit.
-
Hit weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, connect rate, qualified leads).
2. Lead Generation s Funnel Building:

Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and map organizational structures.
-
Create targeted prospect lists for specific geographies, industries, and services.
-
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales leadership team.
-
Maintain lead hygiene and funnel integrity in the CRM.
3. Pre-Sales Coordination:

Participate in discovery calls and capture pain points, requirements, and buying triggers.
-
Support initial presentations, capability overviews, and early-stage solution discussions.
-
Coordinate with delivery, product, and technical teams for proposal inputs.
4. Proposal s Sales Support:

Assist in preparing tailored pitch decks, capability documents, quotations, and proposals.

Support RFP/RFI responses by gathering required input from internal teams.

Track opportunity progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
5. Market Intelligence:

Monitor trends, competitor moves, and prospects needs to refine outreach strategies.

Provide insights on which industries/accounts are responding best to outbound efforts.
The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table
Experience:
-
5 to 9 years of outbound inside sales experience in IT services or technology solutions.
-
Demonstrated success in cold calling, outbound outreach, and pipeline generation.
Preferred Domain Experience:
Experience in at least two of the following:

Custom Software Development
-
SaaS
-
Testing-as-a-Service (TaaS)
-
Staff Augmentation / IT Talent Services
Core Competencies:

High-volume cold calling and prospecting skills.

Proven ability to create new pipeline from scratch.

Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling abilities.

Strong presentation and proposal preparation skills.

Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business language.

Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.

Highly self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working with activity and revenue targets.
