
What You Will Be Doing
As a Lead/Manager - Inside Sales, you will be:

Drive sales growth by identifying potential leads, conducting capability demonstrations, and providing technical and business expertise across the sales process.
The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table

Years of experience: 4 - 8 years relevant experience in MEA region
-
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or related fields

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
-
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach
-
Qualify leads to determine fit and prioritize opportunities
-

Pre-Sales Support:
-
Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to understand client requirements and align
with our capabilities -
Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and technical clarifications to prospective
clients -
Address queries and objections effectively to move prospects through the sales funnel

Sales Enablement:
-
Create and maintain a repository of sales presentations, case studies, and proposals
-
Support RFP/ RFI processes by preparing detailed responses in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
-

Client Engagement:
-
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at prospective and existing
clients -
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover post-sales closure

Market Analysis:
-
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
-
Provide insights to the marketing and sales teams to refine strategies and offerings
-

Functional Competency:
-
Strong ability to articulate and comprehend ideas, thoughts and perspectives.

Excellent presentation skills (incl. preparing decks, quotations, RFPs and
proposals) -
Ability to understand and explain technical solutions with a business context

Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
-
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets

The Extra Experience We’d Love to See

Proven experience of Revenue Generation (New Business, Up-selling and/ or Cross-selling)
-
Proven Experience in building businesses around Customer Software Product Development, SAAS, TAAS (Testing-As-A-Service), and/ or Staff Augmentation (at least 2 domains)
